The Darkness announce 14-date UK tour for November

The Darkness have announced a UK tour for later this year.
The reformed rock band, who play the Download Festival tonight (10 June), will play 14 dates starting in Liverpool on 8 November.
The Suffolk rockers will then visit cities including Edinburgh, Glasgow, Newcastle, Manchester, Birmingham and London with tickets on sale from 9am next Friday, 17 June.

The Darkness announced that they were reuniting in March.
The band released two studio albums, winning three Brit awards in 2004, and had five top 10 hits including I Believe In A Thing Called Love.

I think the album, at the very latest, will be out early next year. We'd almost finished it and then Download called and we had to start rehearsing

They broke up in 2006 when singer Justin Hawkins quit.
Speaking at last night's Kerrang! awards, he said the band was feeling nervous about playing Download but had practised at warm-up gigs in Norwich, Leamington Spa and Shepherd's Bush.
"We're as ready as we'll ever be," he said. "The main thing was tweaking the set to see which of the new songs, if any, were going to be included for the big show.
"But we haven't really worked that out yet because they all went down the same. It's very hard to make a judgement on it."
The Darkness also revealed their new album, the follow-up to 2005's One Way Ticket to Hell... and Back, will now be released after Christmas.
Guitarist Dan Hawkins said: "I think the album, at the very latest, will be out early next year.
"We'd almost finished it and then Download called and we had to start rehearsing."
The band revealed two of the songs from the new album are called Cannonball and Concrete.
