New Domain Names...
Due to the illegal and unconstitutional interference of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security with the domain name system under U.S. control, and their shutting down of several websites recently, without any legal proceedings, and therefore without any possibility to defend yourself against accusations being made, I decided to plan a bit ahead and I had somebody that doesn't have anything to do with our sites, register two extra domain names, that the U.S. authorities, in all their arrogance, should not have any control over:
http://totallyfuzzy.eu
and
http://totallyfuzzy.be
Bookmark them... they currently only redirect to totallyfuzzy.net... I'll have to make several substantial changes to our sites to allow for them to be used.

I will not use any Australian domain - a logical choice, being Australian myself - because I distrust the Australian government even more than the U.S. Ask Julian Assange, if you should meet him ;)

I will probably move everything, however remotely related to music blogs, off the .net domain.

The Fuzzy Tube can and probably will stay on the .net domain, since there is nothing that could even remotely be considered illegal about it.

To my, my lawyer's, and Google's legal department's knowledge we're not doing anything illegal, but that won't stop them. They had a Spanish site that was found not guilty of copyright infringement by the Spanish courts on multiple occasions shut down nevertheless, simply by "hijacking" the domain name.

If our bought-and-paid-for politicians want to indulge in their being the Whores of the Content Industry, I can only say: screw them! (Hey, it's part of the job description, right?)
