Here is another new Chiddy Bang outtake (after last week’s wickedly awesome “Rebel”) that won’t make it to the debut album, The Swelly Life, out later this year. “Baby Roulette” — which basically a synth-driven, 8bit video game cartridge ode to safe sex — features a hook from none other than Train, who are most likely known by your Mom or younger sister as the guys who sing “Hey Soul Sister.” Chiddy Bang beatsmith and sample extroidaire, Xaphoon Jones tells us that “Roulette” is a “silly song in honor of [Train winning at] the Grammys” — but that doesn’t slow Proto down or stop him from delivering some killer bars.
